-Service providers: website host, CRM/email/SMS providers, analytics/ads vendors, and (if used) IDX provider. They process data under our instructions.
-Brokerage/team access: licensed agents and authorized staff of RW Realty Brokers may access lead and client data to serve you.
-Referrals at your request: if you ask us to introduce you to a lender, title company, inspector, or mover, we may share your name and contact details with that specific provider to facilitate the referral. Otherwise, we don’t share your info with partners by default.
-Legal/compliance: to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect rights, property, and safety.
7) Your choices and rights
-Email: click “unsubscribe” in any marketing email.
-SMS: reply STOP to any message to opt out; HELP for help.
-Cookies/ads: adjust browser settings; use platform opt-outs (e.g., Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn).
-Access/Deletion/Update: You can request access to or deletion of your information, or ask us to correct it, by contacting [email protected].
California/“Do Not Sell/Share”: We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by California law. If this changes, we will add a “Do Not Sell/Share My Personal Information” link to this page and honor applicable requests.
8) Children’s privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We keep information for as long as necessary to provide services and for legitimate business purposes, such as maintaining records, improving services, complying with legal obligations, and resolving disputes.
